Return for credit requires:

1. Prior authorization from Customer Service.

2. Products are still in “new” condition and fully functional.

3. Products are not outdated.

Certain products have return policies  which have been negotiated prior to order placement and are not subject to standard DEI return procedures.

 

 

RETURN GOODS POLICY

Expected delivery for manufactured-to-order products is typically four to six weeks.

When expedited delivery is necessary, we offer two options:

A. Two-week delivery assuming material availability for all pre-engineered products.

B. Best possible delivery will include force effort (overtime) to complete and ship the product in the shortest possible time.

 

Additional charges for “A” services are 25% of normal invoice price and 50% for “B” services.

Due to occasional material shortages, expedited services will not always be available.
